ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

​Ambahr Morales-Cuevas is a Senior at High Tech High Chula Vista. Her final project for the year, “Fryar’s Door”, is a short story based on her friendship she created with Students from Barcelona. Her passion in writing fueled her to create this story as her final project, as she is passionate about the subject and getting the chance to write something. Combining Superpowers and Literature was fun, but creating a short story was tricky, seeing as she had never written a short story before.
